This currently provides all the heating and hot water for both the apartment and the B&B but can be deactivated from the floor above, simply by turning a switch, should you wish to have two flats with independent heating systems. The Lounge/Diner is enormous at 30m² and comes complete with tv point, fan/ceiling light, open fire place and wood burning stove (included in price). Three patio doors provide light and charm and give access to the front balcony and the large exterior terrace (20m² ) on the right hand side of the house. Both balcony and terrace come with overhead blinds and outside lights (included) the terrace being an ideal spot to enjoy your evening meal. The sun sets here at about 8pm in July and August. Returning to the hall you make your way down the corridor (8.30m² ) which has three large built in wardrobes on the right. Le salon/salle à manger est énorme - 30 m2 avec tv point, ventilateur/lumière au plafond, une cheminée ouverte et un poêle (inclus dans le prix). At the rear are three bedrooms. The first is currently being used as a Study (10m² ) and has a telephone point. The middle bedroom is 11m² and has a built in wardrobe and the third is 11.90m² and has a fan/ceiling light (included) and built in wardrobe. The bathroom (4.88m² ) is tiled and has a white suite with shower and shower guard, bath, sink and wc. A large mirror with three spotlights sits over the sink and there are two wooden shelves - all these bathroom fittings are included in the sale price.
